Cancellation & Changes

1. Cancellation Window
You may request a full cancellation or modification of your order within 12 hours of the time it was placed. Once this window has passed, the order usually enters our fulfillment system and can no longer be halted or modified.
2. Modifying Order Details
If you need to update specific details—such as your shipping address, item color, or quantity—please contact us as soon as possible within the 12-hour window.
Important Note: Once an order is marked as "Shipped", we are unable to cancel or make changes. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy after you have received your package.
3. How to Submit a Request
