Return window

You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please submit your request within this period so we can take care of you promptly.

Eligible reasons

  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped
  • Item significantly different from the description or images
  • Change of mind/doesn’t fit your style (must meet condition requirements below)

Item condition requirements

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn (try-on is fine)
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging where possible
  • No odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear

We kindly reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Photo and proof requirements

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include clear, well‑lit photos:

  • The issue area (close‑up) and the full front and back of the item
  • The size tag and any relevant tags or barcodes
  • Packaging damage if applicable

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used to place the order.
  2. Include your order number in the subject line.
  3. Tell us the reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong item, change of mind).
  4. Attach the required photos noted above.
  5. Share your preferred resolution: refund, exchange, or replacement.
  6. Wait for our approval email with instructions before sending anything back. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping responsibility

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items missing original tags or labels
  • Items with odors, stains, or damage caused after delivery
  • Returns based solely on minor cosmetic or color variations due to lighting or screen display differences

Exchanges

We are glad to arrange an exchange for a different size or color of the same item when stock is available. For exchanges due to our error, we cover return shipping. For change‑of‑mind exchanges, the customer covers return shipping. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund according to this policy.

Approvals and communication

Once your request is reviewed, we will email an approval with next steps and the return address. Please do not send items back without approval. We respond within 1–2 business days, and refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. It can take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your statement.
